It is understood that a number of export-oriented enterprises in China mainly exporting auto parts are rising. In 2009, my country's total vehicle and parts exports reached 19.7 billion US dollars. Among them, auto parts, body and accessories accounted for 43% of the export of related products, a year-on-year increase of 51%. Due to the rising prices of raw materials, the profit of the whole vehicle has declined, while the overall level of China's parts industry has improved and has reached the international level. International auto giants have purchased auto parts made in China. By the end of 2009, at least 70% of the world's top 100 auto parts suppliers had business in China. Although the situation is gratifying, from a long-term perspective, auto parts companies should strengthen technological innovation, improve the level of research and development, and strive to create high value-added, high-tech products. Such as engines, batteries, air-conditioning compression, car navigation systems, shock absorbers, brakes and other automotive products have high added value and should make a difference.
